Do not buy blinds fro. Lowes
Would Not RecommendThe bilnds were fine. But Lowes in Frederick refused to cut them. The manager was rude. 800 customer service from India lied to me. Will not buy blinds ever from Lowes again.

Hard to install.
The brackets didn't want to snap on to the headrail and hold. They sent me new brackets and these held. But while I was hanging the slats and only had 2 more on the opposite end, the left hand side and center brackets pulled out of the wall along with the plastic plugs that I had tightly screwed into.

Would Not RecommendThe gear to control the vanes to open/close seems to be stripped and operates intermittrntly. I guess I'll need to remove it and get it either exchanged or buy another type of window covering. Will Lowe's compensate me for the trouble/inconvenience of removing/replacing the vertical blinds?

Would Not RecommendThis is honestly the worst purchase I've ever made. These blinds literally won't stay up, I've installed all of the mounting brackets and they will not hold up the rail. The blinds keep crashing down and as a result all of the panels have cracked and fell apart. Before I even put the panels up something was wrong with the rod and the panels can't rotate. I wish I could get my money back, do not buy these!

These blinds suck. The mounting brackets included with these blinds do not hold up the head rail. Had them installed then moved the blinds to one side and the whole thing fell down multiple times. Had to purchase more brackets made by another company to hold head rail. Don’t buy from Project Source We had to purchase additional Brackets from Levlor for almost 50

The instructions that came with this product are incorrect. These blinds are 96" tall and step one wanted us to measure 84.5" up from the floor. We had to figure out the height ourselves with lots of measuring and frustration. Also, one of the brackets was completely bent out of shape. We had to reshape it with pliers until it would finally hold on to the railing. I'm also not a big fan of these valance returns, they aren't super secure, so they kinda sit at a bit of an angle.
