They sent me someone else's damaged item. The blinds don't even open and close. I had them installed before we could tell there was a problem. because they're so big and difficult to put up and down we just left them up. What a waste of money.

Blinds defective

The blinds arrived in a box that had already been opened. The bottom of the box had been taped shut, but the top was still open when it was delivered. I installed the blinds and attached all of the slats, only to discover that the internal gears were stripped and defective. As a result, the blinds cannot be opened or closed. Great Features and Great Price

I had an old set up for many years and decided to replace it. I absolutely love these blinds for my sliding patio doors. Blocks out the sunlight so much better than my old ones! Easy to install also!

Disappointed

The blinds showed up in an opened box. The bottom of the box had been taped, but tge top was still open. I hung the blinds and installed the slats, but the gears had been stripped out. I can't open or close the blinds. They shipped be used and defective blinds. I'm very upset with my order

Cheaply made

I ordered this blind and it would be adequate for my home. It is very cheap. I couldn’t believe the poor quality. I had to take it down and put my 23 year-old line back up because it was in far better condition quality I wish I could return it, but I do not have a vehicle to do so I was already charged a delivery fee so I’m not gonna charge a return fee so I will donate it, but I wouldn’t recommend this to anybody very unhappy

Good kit

I was a little concerned this might be a poor quality budget brand but I was happily surprised. I took down a vintage piece of vertical blinds that were faded. This new one feels the same in quality and craftsmanship. I like that they use the exact same wall mounting hardware. I was able to leave the old hardware up on the wall and snap the new blinds in place. The old blinds were easily 30 years old.

Damaged goods with NO refund on shipping

The bar from which the blinds hand arrived damaged. I returned the item to Lowe’s however they would NOT refund the shipping charges. I wanted a replacement set because we needed the blinds, but I refuse to pay a second shipping charges. I would not recommend ordering anything that is shipped to your home. Pick it up in the store or shop elsewhere. I usually shop at Lowe’s for everything for our home needs, but I’ll shopping other places now. Sad to lose a dedicated customer over $80
