What Customers Are Saying
Customers appreciate the straightforward installation and attractive appearance at an affordable price point. Many praise how quickly and easily the blinds install, even for large windows. However, a substantial group reports significant durability issues, including slats cracking easily, control wands malfunctioning, and head rails failing within months. Several note the low cost reflects the trade-off with longevity, accepting the blinds as disposable. Despite fragility concerns, most find the visual appeal and room-darkening performance acceptable for the price, though some regret not investing in sturdier alternatives.

Easy to assemble and looks very nice
Would RecommendIt was middle of the road price-wise but just what i needed for my patio door. Lets the light in for my plants during the day and darkens the room at night. Love it!

Cheap.
Would Not RecommendRather cheaply made and flimsy, ok if you don't expect much use of it and traffic around

Good value for the price
Would RecommendStraightforward installation. Looks nice, as pictured online and in the store. Good value for the price. Installation instructions should be clearer. The valance is a bit flimsy. We decided not to use it. Recommend wd40 for it to slide a little more smoothly

Product is what I expected.
Would RecommendEverything was good except I need to go back to the store because the valance on the blind is broke. It was broke when I took it out of the box. Hopefully when I go to do the return they'll even exchange just that one piece cuz I've already put the blinds up.

Ease of installation
Would RecommendThis product was very easy to install and fit as described. Took 30 minutes from opening box to hanging final slat. A little pricey but worth it for the required length and look.

Serious Liability
Would Not RecommendThe mounting brackets will not support the weight of the blind. It is a terrible design and there should be screws securing the blind to the brackets but there is not. Others have reported the same concerns. This will hurt people. Not sure how this hasn’t been recalled. Mine fell within minutes of install.

Great shopping at Lowe’s.
Would RecommendGreat price and well made and in a box ready to go is what I liked, and especially Sandy who helped me when I called her on my phone and she had everything ready for me when I got to the store. There needs to be a Sandy in every store in town! Fast, courteous, friendly!
