What Customers Are Saying
Customers appreciate the straightforward installation and attractive appearance at an affordable price point. Many praise how quickly and easily the blinds install, even for large windows. However, a substantial group reports significant durability issues, including slats cracking easily, control wands malfunctioning, and head rails failing within months. Several note the low cost reflects the trade-off with longevity, accepting the blinds as disposable. Despite fragility concerns, most find the visual appeal and room-darkening performance acceptable for the price, though some regret not investing in sturdier alternatives.

I like the function of the blinds, but they don't move easily and the cord keeps coming off.

Would Not RecommendPurchased and had them installed and 10 of the slats were missing, along with the stick. They want me to return to the store after I had a contractor install. On top of that - calling the 800 # for missing parts wasnt any help.
