Triple shredded!

It’s not worth the higher price.

I like the fact that it’s finely shredded & I like the color in the beginning but it loses its color within a day or two. I don’t like that it’s usually wet & the bags are super dirty. Also, there is never any workers to help get it in my car. It’s getting too expensive to deal with all of these issues. Am looking for a better produst.

Good mulch, but some bags were wet inside

The price is fair and it's a nice, fine mulch with no artificial coloring. Usually it's easy to spread, but this time, most of the bags I picked up were very wet inside, so not only were they very heavy to lug around, the mulch was hard to dump and spread. Once I dumped some onto the beds and the sun hit it for a while, the clumps fell apart easily and it was easy to even out from there. Because not all the bags were that way, I'm guessing the bags absorb moisture in the rain, so maybe Lowes nee...

Great mulch, finely shredded and covers well

This is my favorite mulch! It is a finely shredded mulch that covers uniformly and has few large chunks. It retains moisture for flowers well while keeping weeds to a minimum. I will go out of my way to find this mulch every Spring.

This is the BEST mulch. Breaks down to soil.

Mulch with lumber chunks

Beware of large chunks of lumber in the mulch. About of a third of the bags I bought had what looked like pieces of wood from dimensional lumber. Theres also a warning on the bag to keep the mulch away from plant stems. I think most people who use mulch use it around plants. Also, the website listed on the bag does not take you to an active website.

Product no longer fine texture.

Product has substantially changed from previous seasons. It is no longer fine texture as it now contains large pieces of wood and branches. It is material change of the product and fine texture should be removed from label. It used to be a match to the high quality mulch that landscapers used.
