TimberCraft + WetProtect Brier Creek Oak

Most all boxes have at least one broken piece

Looks good but almost every box out of 13 total had at least one damaged piece. Added up to 2 boxes broken. I would recommend picking up in store and checking every box like cartons of eggs. I had them delivered.

Great flooring. Looks feels natural.

The flooring looks great

Highly recommend this product.

Quality product that was easy to install and looks great

5 year review

I had this installed in the front room 5 years ago and bought enough to do the dining room and kitchen later. Well, now it's later and the floors blend together seamlessly. You cannot tell the difference. The floor put down 5 years ago goes to the front door. So it has had people with muddy or snow covered shoes, a senior dog with bladder control issues, a cat that gets hairballs, and a puppy potty training. This floor does not show one sign of any of that.

Damaged Tiles

Both boxes of tiles that were delivered were damaged and 3 tiles were broken

Westlake Oak

We did half our home in these floors. We now need to do the other half and I’ve been highly debating if I’m just going to pull everything up and go with something different. We haven’t had any issues with moisture or water and the thickness of the boards is great but they just haven’t stayed locked together very well. A lot of the corners damaged very easily and there are some seems that have started to chip.My biggest regret though is that I absolutely hate the color of these. They are way dark...

Don't buy it if you have to order it

Regarding my store experience, not the product. Three different people at the customer service desk said it was not in the store when looking up my order. One looked at me like she had never heard of someone picking up an order at the store. I went back to the flooring dept. and happened to get the person who actually took my phone order. He looked it up and immediately went to the back and found my order. I live 2hrs away and was initially told it was not there and that I would need to come bac...

Not waterproof

After installation. The kids spilled water on the floor which thought it was waterproof but apparently not!!! I’m so disappointed with this product!

wrong color depicted

the front pictures on this item does not accurately depict the Grey color that they flooring actually is.

Brier Creek Oak

Love the color! It reminds me of sunshine and really lightened up the look of our house. Guest have said it looks like real wood with all the variation it has. It is quite hard though, I could feel the difference walking on it the first few days on my heels. Added photo with artificial and natural light

Beautiful floors

These floors are excellent quality. I installed them in half my house five years ago. I finished installing the rest of the house and the colors matched perfectly even after five years of wear. Makes cleaning so easy. Especially with pets and Florida sand! Love them!
