Not Waterproof

Dog peed on it while we were out and it buckled & peeled. Can no longer get this product so now I have to replace the whole floor. I will do better research on the new flooring.

The product claims to be waterproof, but it's not even close to being waterproof. Just finished this floor downstairs. I did the entire downstairs in this floor because it's beautiful and unique, but somehow we got water on it and it buckled part of the floor. Now of course, they discontinued it. I need 6 more boxes to redo what got messed up and I can't get it. That means I will have to completely redo the entire downstairs that I just redid 3 months ago with a different product. Difficult to install, comes damaged

The title mostly says it all. I’ve been installing this in my kids room after work. It took three days and several failed attempts to get these to lock together. Forget the instructions on the package. You want the tongue facing away from your initial wall. Assemble each row and then attach it to the previous row with help, then use something to hammer it in place. One entire box came damaged. It was clear that it had already been opened. The people at that facility were great, helpful, prompt very friendly. Also, I would like to mention the product is exceptional Me and my wife love it.

Scratches, swells, terrible.

Installed the complete downstairs with the padded underlayment. Scratches so easy. We have added extra pads to all our dining chairs, kitchen stools and the floor scratches with every chair movement. Small spills cause the floor to swell. They don't make our color anymore, so we can't do repairs. Do yourself a favor and don't buy the Pergo Wet and Protect.

Absolute junk

We bought this brand for our whole home. This is the most brittle and cheaply made laminate new have ever worked with. Cracks, edges disintegrate so easily, it scratches very easily. So disappointed spent thousands of dollars and have redone multiple houses over the years and this was the worst brand we have ever worked with.
