What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the remote control capability for managing sprinkler timers from their smartphone, calling it transformative for lawn care convenience. Most highlight seamless setup, reliability, and the rain delay feature as standout benefits. However, many report Bluetooth range limitations beyond 100 feet and Wi-Fi connectivity issues, particularly with 5GHz networks. Several note the app feels underdeveloped with occasional drops, and documentation lacks key setup steps. A small group experienced complete connection failures or found the product not worth the cost. Despite these drawbacks, most customers consider it essential for existing timer owners.

100% garbage and falsely advertised
Would Not RecommendThe product description says control your sprinklers from anywhere in the world! I can't even control them from the other side of my house! Maximum of 100ft away from the hub and I get connection errors even though all devices are green. Stay away! This WiFi hub does not work the way they claim!!
Lifesaver to be able to control from afar
Would RecommendEasy setup and use from out of state

B-have smart hub
Would RecommendEasy to install and reliable. Allows WI-FI access to sprinkler.

Good price for this product
Would RecommendUseful device at a fair price. I have two irrigation controllers on opposite sides of the house, so the one hub did not have the range to reach both controllers. The prices on these are quite varied, and this is really the best price for such a simple and useful device.

Great add on for control from most anywhere
This is a great add on for the b-hyve hose controller. It provides access to the full b-hyve controller functions from most anywhere.

Works well but software sucks
Would RecommendIt does work well and integrates weather delays, rain, wind and freezing as needed but when compared to the Rachio software is way more complex to setup
