works well

Easy to use with a pump sprayer. I scrubbed with a deck brush since my deck hadn't been cleaned in a while. I have a lot of nooks and crannies on the 3 layer deck with railings so I needed more than I thought I would.

Excellent result

I used this as per instructions and it worked as advertised. I'm very pleased with this product and would highly recommend it

Excellent cleaner

I bought this to clean our porch that is about 28 years old. The porch had not been cleaned in years and is in a shaded area(lots of green stuff growing on it). I applied with a sprayer and saw grime coming off instantly. Once I rinsed the cleaner off, it was like a new porch. I am just going to seal it now instead of painting or staining it. I highly recommend this for wood. Be careful, though, as the cleaner gets very slick and I did fall when I walked over it. Another warning- wear old clothe...

Olympic cleaner worked wonders

This product worked great. Our treated wood deck is three years old and I thought I would have too pressure wash my deck. To my surprise it worked great. Really!! I won't pressure wash again. Wood looks like new.

Cleaner

WARNING!! I just purchased 4 jugs (2.5 gal) of this to finish cleaning my fence. However one of the containers appeared to have a defective cap because it leaked onto me as I was carrying it from the cart to my truck ruining a new pair of shorts. The product does a fantastic job and I will continue to use it but it the future will always check the cap before selecting the jugs in the store. Boom...no more yuck.

Used this on our deck after gypsy caterpillar season. Wash works great, but i still had to scrub. Bleached out all the disgusting material left by those nasty bugs. One issue is watch for spray back. I got it on my shorts. They are now speckled from the bleach. Oh well. The deck looks great. Not sure how this could be biodegradable though. Kept my animals away.

Deck cleaner

Works well with out being super harsh . Definitely follow the instructions about sensitive plants and bushes.

Great Product still needs scrubbing

We used this on our deck which was in pretty rough shape. It looked amazing but it still ended up needing to be scrubbed. It didnt clean off all the algea but It made easy work of scrubbing afterwards. I definitely recommend this but keep in mind scrubbing will make it look even better afterwards.

Light Grey

This product is totally useless - put it on as directed, waited as directed and rinsed as directed and nothing happened. Had to power wash deck afterwards and then sand it to get all the dirt off. It is not as caustic as implied because it never hurt any plants. Did not even lift slight aging from planks that were not exposed directly to the weather. I have a much larger deck to do and I am not sure what I will use but it won't be this product. I can not say enough bad about it.

WOW!!!

Haven't cleaned our composite deck in years and tried other leave on products with disappointment... This worked immediately and my ivory rails weren't charcoal color anymore! Wow wow wow brand new look again! Thanks to the Lowes guy in the paint Dept!

did not use paint

I bought this product to clean the deck around a pool. I applied according to the directions. Sprayed on a dry deck then hosed it off. It did not remove very much of the dirt and left the deck very slippery. I had to power wash the deck to get the deck walk able.

Works good but lesser coverage

Although it didn't cover as much area as listed, I left it of extra long. The extra time was recommended by a previous reviewer, and really made a difference! With a bit of scrubbing, it left a nice final result!

WASTE OF TIME!

IT WILL CLEAN YOUR DECK BUT BE READY TO SAND IT AFTERWORDS......USE SOME SOAP AND BLEACH WITH A BRUSH.....WILL WORK BETTER AND KEEP YOU FROM SANDING......COMPLETE JOKE

Not strong enough

I tried using this cleaner and unless you are using a pressure washer, you're not going to get it clean with the product alone. I'd bet just the pressure washer would suffice.

To work right you will need a scrub brush with a long handle, and get ready to scrub. Looks good and you can see the crud rinse away,

Olympic elite natural

This is the only deck cleaner that I have used that actually works. I also used it on my concrete driveway and it now looks new. Do not know what caused some people problems, probably did not read directions.

Deck Cleaner

This works awesome. Due to a problem with my pressure washer, I didn't even get to use it along with the cleaner, but I have a clean deck. I used it on my composite textured decking as well as removing the murky layer from my stained wood railing to give it a fresh coat of stain. Premium Deck Cleaner

What an awful outcome. We bought this to clean our six month old deck prior to applying sealer/stain. Now, we have about 275 sq feet of white furry wood. We put far too much sweat and money into building this deck to have it look so awful. The bottle specifically says "no scrubbing necessary" but we even tried that in order to get the fuzz off. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Who is going to pay to fix this mess?
