Regret Using This

I wish I would've read the reviews on this site before using this product. Brand new pressure treated decking which I wanted to clean before staining. Only left it on for 5 minutes tops and thoroughly rinsed it. This stuff did nothing but bleach out the wood. Hard to explain but now the tone of the wood is all uneven like it bleached out some areas and not others. I truly hope the stain - for sure not Olympic, will even things out. How can a company get away with selling garbage like this.. Hopi...

It stripped the pressure treatment out of our deck

Terrible! It ruined our deck. We went into our store to buy some Thompson’s water seal for our 6 month old deck. They told us to use this cleaner in the deck first, but it stripped the pressure treatment out of the wood. It essentially bleached the wood. So now deck floor and our railings fit match. There was nothing on the direction that said not to use on pressure treated wood

Do not use this product

used this stuff and it left a white haze. Pressure washing didn't get it off. Company says to sand the entire deck now. Ruined a new deck

This product ruined my deck!

I used this to clean my composite deck and it ruined it I wish I would have read the reviews before I used this product!

Fantastic product

14 year old deck with horrible stains looks new. No scrubbing except for two very small spots. I highly recommend this product. Use it as directed and all is good.

Impressive product!

I bought this product to clean our deck and our patio stones. Patio had never been cleaned (13 years). Easy and fast process. Pic shows the before and after with the upper right corner still dirty. I couldn’t be more pleased.

IMO, RIP OFF ALERT!

This product is useless. I used this product the in the past and was very happy with the results. This year it did not preform well at all! IMO, THE FORMULA MUST HAVE BEEN CHANGED! RIP OFF ALERT!

Very dissapointing

Applied on one year old deck, did nothing but leave a white film on deck and fuzzies from me trying to scrub. Worked really good on two plastic chairs that were covered in mildew though. But on pressure treated deck did nothing. Now I have to sand half a deck. Thank Gid I only did half.

Olympic deck cleaner is great for cleaning and removes stains easily

Easy application

Purchased this to try to salvage my deck to refinish it. We had it completed a few years back and they caused some damage and we were waiting to resurface it ourselves. This cleaned the deck well before painting. After letting it sit, and using a strong spray for removal, it removed the mildew and some staining. Left a great finish for easy application of wood stain.

Works great on wood deck and vinyl siding

Work better than anything I have tried before. Mildew disappeared in about 5 minutes then rinsed away.

Bad Packaging

Before we could get the product from the store to our home the "sealed" container leaked in the back floorboard of our newly leased car. Fortunately, the rubber mat contained the majority of the product, however, a good amount went over the mat and bleached the black carpet in our new car. Good product but horrible packaging.

Best Ever

This is the best cleaner ever. We have used it on some outdoor furniture, coolers, so many things. I even put it on some white curtains that were stained in storage from Hurricane Irma, took stain out immediately. Washed and rehung.

Best product ever for removing algae and mildew

I bought this product to clean my deck. It did such a great job of removing all the grime left behind by leaves dropping on my deck. I decided to try and use it to clean the algae off of my vinyl siding and it did a wonderful job. I used it to clean the black mold and mildew off of my gutters and it made them look like brand new. I recommend it to all of my customers. I'm in the home remodeling business and almost every house I go to has mold and algae growing on the siding of the home.

Best deck cleaner

We have a Composite deck that’s eight years old. Over the years we have pressure washed it, but it never looked clean. It was pretty dirty and grimy with lots of staining and mildew. I decided to try this product and it worked amazing. It was hard work because the deck was so dirty. It looks like a new deck now.

DO NOT USE ON TREX - RUINED DECK

Just washed my Trex deck with this. Totally ruined!!! Did a test spot which seemed ok so did the entire deck. It removed most of the top finish and not only is it very white now but the color looks a splotchy. The deck was in great condition other than the back spots I was trying to wash out. Totally disappointed and devastated. The black spots did come out. Unfortunately my deck was ruined in the process. Now I have to replace a perfectly good deck unless I want to look at this mess everyday. S...

Spilled in my new Equinox. Ugh

I bought a container of this and it spilled as I was bringing it home from Lowe’s. I spent a lot of time rinsing it out with clean water and a sponge. I think it may have seeped Into the carpet under my mat protector. Again, I did multiple sponge rinses. Really hoping, I don’t wake up to bleach stains in my new equinox, ugh! I’ve used this product before with good success. I would recommend this product, but the packaging needs some serious redesigning.

Does what it says! Cannot go wrong!

I used it twice on my deck to prepare for staining. Make sure you wash it off after 10-12 minutes after you spray or it will leave a white film. which you then will need to brush off. Following the instructions I got perfect 10 for prepping my deck!

Have used this for a few years. Works great, kills mildew and removes lots of dirt.
