I haaate your pickup system. Ordered this online to have delivered, only to be met with an email saying it was ready for pickup. When I called in (and waited 20 minutes to speak to a human, not AI), the rude lady told me it’d be $79 to have it shipped - my $6 epoxy. So instead I drove 49 minutes away to pick this up and the were perplexed. Never ordering from Lowe’s again. Your attempts to fire human employees and replace them with technology is going to backfire. I’ll be applauding when you go ...
