I love all of the “tips” emails you have sent / like reverse rolling the rug before laying it down and the tips on vacuuming email / it actually helped a lot.., AND thdd we tug so far is great minus it has an earthy - literally - smell

Beautiful rug, exactly as described. I have a few jute rugs and this one is the least ‘dusty’ of them all. Minimal shedding. No weird smell. Bought the rug pad to go under it and it’s perfect for my office space.

It’s got a grassy smell but not dusty! I was really worried about that. It does have “hard knots” but I just poke them through to the other side. Have only found 3.
