The rug did have alot of dirt when first rolled out and I dont think mine could be reversible (as some reviews mentioned). The one side has alot of fray on the edges. Was a little disappointed. Hoping it is durable as I’ve only had it a week.

Cleaning jute rugs
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice rug but beware with cleaning jute. I didn’t realize that even using water on jute can change the color of it (stain it). Overall, I like the rug but should have done my homework before purchasing this material.

Pretty Rug …BUT
This rug came faster than expected. The color is perfect like a light oatmeal. BUT it smells very musty and moldy and is damp. I have put it out in the sun and will wait to see how it turns out

Great price and looks as pictured
Beautiful color and the perfect size for my living room. My only complaint is that some of the material near the edge was noticeably frayed- I was able to trim it enough to make it discreet.

I was sent a moldy, dirty rug.
This rug smelled SO BAD! It smells like it was stored in a bag of soil and got moldy. I had to open all the windows in my kitchen and air my kitchen out for hours after I put the rug outside. Not to mention, the rug was filthy! Black dirt covered by white oak kitchen floors when I took the rug outside. I'm attaching a photo of the debris it left behind. Also, the dimensions where 6 inches shorter than the 6 ft x 9 ft that I ordered. The shape was also warped. I know this is natural fiber, ...

Entryway Rug
Nicely made and lays down flat well! I really like the neutral color and that it’s not too thick or a flimsy thin thin rug. I initially purchased it for my front sitting room but it looks great in the entryway.

Careful, you could get hurt.
There are literally sticks in it, so walking on it without shoes is out of the question as it actually hurts to do so, also it’s sheds terribly.
