Reservoir seal leaked after 8 months

I bought this Coffee maker in January 2023, It worked well until September 2023 it started leaking from the back reservoir about 2 cups comes out all over the counter and down on the cabinets. Calling support today to see what they can do. Purchased a similarly priced Cuisinart to replace. This was my first Ninja coffee maker and will likely be my last. I do love other ninja products I have though.

Finally a big enough machine

FINALLY a pot that gives us each a go cup and one mug each in the mornings!!! Love this unit

Dissapointed

Really disappointed. We had the previous model CE250 and loved that one. The glass carafe broke and universal replacements did not fit and it was too expensive to replace through Ninja. The CE250 was 5 years old so we purchased the new 14-cup DCM 201 in copper color. After just 2 weeks of use the 'glass' coffee pot is stained brown and can't be cleaned with a scrubber sponge. Chemicals could probably remove the brown but the coffee pot in the CE250 was 5 years old and had no stains. Clearly Ninj...

Horrible carafe

We bought this 14 cup, ninja coffee maker, two weeks ago, and we are returning it. The carafe drips as much as it goes into your cup for the first 4 cups.

Spills every time you pour

I bought this a while ago but I had to get rid of it. Ninja appliances are usually very innovative, easy to use, and reliable. I absolutely love all of our appliances except this one. As far as making coffee, it does a great job. Th issue is the pot. Once the coffee is done and you pour it, it spills and runs down the pot. Good features

This coffee pot makes great coffee. However I am trying to figure out if that rubber thing comes off in the reservoir for a water filter or does it stay?

Buttons Hard to Read

I just received my coffee maker yesterday and I'm debating on whether to return it. The buttons are small and too hard to read. Even with my glasses I have to be right up close to read it. Wish they were darker as in their previous model. Other than that I am quite satisfied with this coffee maker.

Love it!

I have had this coffee maker for a few months now and I actually found it marked down. I love it so much I wish I would’ve bought the second one as a back up. It’s 14 cups but it’s not a 48 ounce cup so 14 cups is the perfect size for any home.  It is very sleek and nice looking on the countertop. I program it to make my morning coffee when I wake up at 4:30 in the morning and fresh coffee is always ready. I love it.

Carafe leaks everywhere

I wanted to love this coffee maker, but every time we pour a cup it leaks everywhere! Several people have used it and all have experienced the same issue. I’m not wasting money trying to buy a new carafe. Avoid this coffee maker!

Not my favorite Ninja Coffee Maker

We have lots of Ninja products in our kitchen. We purchased this coffee maker because we wanted to brew larger pots of coffee. After 4 months of use, I'm throwing it in the garbage and returning to our Ninja Specialty Coffee Maker (glad I kept it). We pre-make our coffee each night with the delayed-brew function. Makes good coffee, but doesn't last long.

We bought this coffee pot in Sep 22, and the reservoir leaked right out of the box. Called in a warranty claim, and they sent a new reservoir, which fixed the problem. Six months later, same issue. Water leaks out all over the counter if you leave any water in the reservoir. It makes great coffee, but the design of the reservoir connection is very poor.

Programmable

I just purchased this Wonderful coffee maker and I enjoy waking up to smell fresh brewed coffee in the morning.

Carafe leaks coffee while pouring

I have a lot of Ninja products and this is our second coffee maker. I just wanted a new Ninja, nothing was wrong with our older model. This one, however leaks coffee all over my counter while pouring into the cup. We have tried pouring at different speeds, heights, we have made sure the lid is clicked on, we have done it all. It’s frustrating and I want to throw it away. The coffee tastes great but definitely will NOT continue using a product that spills coffee all over the place.

Disappointed

I bought this 14c model to replace and older Ninja 12c coffee maker (which still works great) to save a bit of counterspace and to make a couple more cups of coffee. I have many Ninja products and never had an issue with any of them. Good coffee make but the reservoir leaks

Bought the coffee make around 3 months ago and worked great until the last few times I go to set up coffee the night before. The delay is on so I have fresh coffee ready when I get up in the morning but the reservoir over the course of the night seems to leak on my coffee bar and I come to a half pot of coffee and a huge puddle of water on the table. Not fast!!!!

We bought this a week ago and it's sooo slow ! Can get a better pot of coffee and faster in our French press.

Works great

We have only had it two weeks but it works fine and makes a hot cup of coffee. With our old coffee maker we had to microwave each cup.

Best coffee maker and it makes 14 cups

We love this coffee maker. It’s programmable and it has a reusable basket for grounds so we aren’t spending money on filters. It’s 14 cups which is the largest I’ve seen. It’s a super simple, basic coffee maker but we love it

14 cups!

I’m really loving this coffee maker. Sleek, compact design that takes up less space than my old 12 cup maker. Use it with the permanent filter, or remove it to put a paper one in the basket. Simple set up, fast brew time, delicious hot coffee. You can push the warm button again for the hot plate if it shuts off. I love that you can take it all apart for easy cleaning. This thing is pretty perfect so far.
