Gets coffee everywhere - do not recommend!

We bought this because we have enjoyed our other Ninja products. This coffeemaker, however, is a huge disappointment. The coffee pours out and gets everywhere every time we try to fill our cups. I definitely do not recommend.

Leaky carafe

This item is not what you typically expect from Ninja appliances. The carafe leaks so bad you when you pour the coffee you don’t even want to use it. I bought it as a gift for my parents thinking I was upgrading them from their old Mr. coffee and now I’m embarrassed that I purchased them something that causes them a headache every day. Very disappointed.

I love everything about this coffee maker! Except the carafe! What is with the 'glass' used in the making of this carafe? The glass is so stained with coffee, it will not come clean! I have never had this issue before and I've been making coffee for over 50 years.

Worst coffee maker. Do not buy.

I can’t believe how terrible this coffee maker is. After having it less than one year, it leaks every time it’s poured and now will not even brew the coffee. We have one the clean cycle multiple times and it will only brew 1/8 of the coffee it’s supposed to and then just stops. Do not buy this coffee maker.

Carafe design is flawed

Makes great coffee, but the carafe cannot pour without spilling. The mouth of the carafe always spills and runs down the front while pouring making a mess everytime!

Not up to Ninja Standards!

We purchased this maker last month to replace our worn out 12cup Ninja. This new 14 cup maker is horribly slow. Twice as long to brew as the 12 cup unit. It's also extremely loud when it gets to the last few inches of water in the reservoir. Like turn up the TV loud! You also have to put in the exact amount of water you wish to brew. The old pit had a dial you could select your size. This one requires you to fill the water to that level. That's annoying. We used to just fill the reservoir to fil...

Ninja coffee maker

This is a very nice machine. I like the combined functions of power on and warming water in one button punch.

Would recommend.

We were really satisfied with our first coffee maker, so when it wasn't working properly after 2 yrs we bought another one. Easy to take care of and use.

MAJOR LEAKAGE

GREAT for the first few months. We did notice the pot would spill/leak a little when pouring but it wasn't a big deal. Now after only 9 months we started waking up to coffee all over the counter/floor so we can't use the delay start anymore or else all of the water will leak our throughout the night. Simply great!

We've had the new pot about 3 weeks now. It works simply, makes great coffee, and fits great on our counter.

Not as I expected

It does not do only half a pot like my other Ninja did. I don't like this coffee maker. I should have gotten a different one that does one cup, half a pot and full pot.

Has a flaw

Beautiful coffee pot but there is no contour on the glass causing it to pour unevenly and leaking so you have to pour the coffee into your cup over the sink or your countertop is getting flooded. If that were corrected it would be a great coffee pot.

Brilliant design

This is the best coffee maker I ever bought, it was designed to fix every problem I had with past machines.

Error code 11 alot

Coffee maker seems to work well at times unfortunately, ours throws the code eleven error message every time we brew

Great Coffee Maker. AWFUL CARAFE!!!!!!!!

I bought this coffee maker because I really liked my daughter's 12 cup maker and my niece's cold brew station. I really love my coffee maker. It makes a great tasting cup of coffee. The carafe, on the other hand, is garbage. You CAN NOT pour a cup of coffee from this coffee pot without it splattering all over the counter and floor. I had a Ninja a few years back and it did make better tasting coffee and now in a apartment I decided to get another one

Fill your cup over the sink!!

The coffee maker works great, and has all the features we were looking for. One huge problem for us is it leaks so bad that we have to pour it over the sink.

Pass on this Coffee Pot.

Bought this a year ago. Lid leaks whenever you pour and the mid brew pause does not work. Coffee goes everywhere.
