I've had this coffee pot for 8 months cleaned it exactly how the instructions say go to make coffee in the morning and ruined everything on my countertop because the seal randomly failed no cuts no nicks no nothing just 14 cups of water all over

the carafe is junk!

the carafe leaks when pouring no matter how fast or slow you pour.

Lousy pour

First half of the pours on a fresh hot are horrible! Get more coffee on the counter than in the cup. Our first Ninja was awesome, this one not so much.

Good coffe, big capacity

You can make 14 cups of delicious coffee in this machine. You can choose from classic and rich brew. You can program it that it starts making your coffee when you sleep so you wake up to nice cup of hot coffee. Cleaning up take no more than 3 minutes. I have it for few months and it's great. It's big enough that when family come to visit on Christmas everyone could get coffee at the same time.

Perfect

We love this coffee pot. It is easy to use and easy to clean. This is our third purchase of this programmable coffee pot. Never had a problem with the system. We did have one issue with our previous one but NINJA and their amazing staff quickly stepped in and corrected our issue. I can very highly recommend this coffee system and again the Customer Support is one of the best I have ever had to work with. Thank you.

Great quality cup

Love the design of this product, it is very compact and sleek. It also is one of the biggest capacity drip makers I've seen, which is needed as my household goes through a lot of coffee. The timer function to pre set the coffee is really easy and the shower head component for the water drip evenly covers the grounds for great quality coffee. The only downside I've found is the spout in the carafe is not pronounced enough and can dribble coffee down the side if pouring too fast and make a mess.

Great Maker Terrible Pot

The coffee maker is great. Makes great tasting coffee. The coffee pot sucks. You can not dispense a cup of coffee without the pot dribbling coffee all over the counter. I love the maker but hate the pot.

Disappointed

I’ve never had a problem with Ninja products until now. The reservoir leaks for no apparent reason even though I now make sure to click it in place every night. So frustrating waking up to a pool of water in your kitchen every so often. The carafe was also not fully thought out as it is impossible to pour that first cup with spilling a little out. I never registered this when I bought it in May but it doesn’t matter. This thing will be headed to the landfill once I find another brand coffee pot ...

Coffee spills on every pour.

This unit spills close to 1/8 a cup of coffee with EVERY POUR! The carafe design is horrible and needs to go back to the drawing board. There obviously wasn't any product testing before it hit the market. Ninja needs to design a new one and send current consumers a free carafe.

Spills coffee everytime you pour a cup.

East to use coffee maker. Looks nice but the carafe is poorly designed. It spills close to 1/8 a cup of coffee with EVERY POUR! Ninja needs to fix this issue and send everyone a newly designed carafe.

DO NOT BUY!!

Worst coffee pot we’ve had, when you go to to pour the coffee goes everywhere it’s now started to leak water from tank. 2 months old and it’s JUNK!

Bad glass pot design

Had Ninja CP for years but this is a stinker. Leaks

Please offer replacement carafe

I love it, but the carafe broke, and they don’t have a replacement. I had to get some new different one and that sucks it barely fits. It doesn’t have the stem coffee tastes Not as well. I guess I have to start over with a new coffee maker and this is less than a year old. Might as well just go high-end and skip this one.

Carafe not the best.

I bought this product and I have had problems with the carafe. When you pour your coffee it drops everywhere, it makes such a mess.

Makes a mess!

I bought this coffee pot 7/14/23. I used to own the 12 cup and absolutely loved it! The 14 cup is horrible. If you pull the carafe out during the brew cycle water drips everywhere (even with the filter completely seated) and when your pour you have to do it over the sink because it drips everywhere.

Carafe Spills

We love our 12-cup machine! Bring it back! The 14-cup carafe spills all over the counter when more than 12-cups of coffee are in the carafe. Any attempt to pour a cup of coffee results in coffee everywhere. Bring back the 12-cup machine or fix the decanter problem with the 14-cup.

Not to bad

This is great that it’s a bigger coffee maker. The only problem is when I’m pouring coffee into my cup it leaks all over the place. Not sure why it does it. Tried all sorts of things and it still leaks. Maybe they’ve figured it out or fixed it already.

What a mess!

The pot spills every time we pour a cup of coffee. Very disappointed!

Water tank leaks

I was very excited about getting the coffee pot and spent good money. Now I’m disappointed. The water tank leaks. I keep thinking I’m not putting the tank on correctly but it’s pretty straight forward so I came here looking for answers. I’ve had the coffee make less than a month! Glad to know I’m not the only one experiencing this problem.

Worst carafe ever. Always spills and makes a big mess. We have tried everything. We probably waste more coffee than we drink
