Makes great coffee but water leaks out fast

I love the coffee it makes but so disappointed how the water leaks out all over the cabinet. It started doing this 3 months after purchased but kept using it. It is now at the point half the water leaks out before the full pot completes.

Spilled coffee

Major design flaw with the coffee pot. Coffee runs down the side of the pot when you pour the coffee. It’s not just a little bit that spills, it’s a lot of coffee. Also the water reservoir will leak if you use the delayed brew function. Many times I’ve found water all over the counter and on the floor because it leaked out over night.

Do your research

I'm not even sure where to start..I purchased this in April 24 it's now Nov 24 and I'm on coffee maker 3 ...all same reason ..luckily it's under warranty for first yr but what do I do after that...so disappointed with this ninja product

Garbage

I have owned two of these. The first one had an internal leak out of the bottom of the base that covered our granite counters. (which are not supposed to have standing water) The second one just stopped working and wouldn't turn on. Needless to say I won't be pushing my luck on a third.

Last Ninja Purchase

Definitely a step down from the one I bought over 10 years ago - doesn't even stop brewing when you pour a cup. Poor design w basket in the back.

14 Cup Coffee maker

Carafe is a piece of crap. Leaks coffee all over when pouring. They sent a replacement carafe and just as bad as the first one. Will be discarding unit in garbage. Buying a Bunn

Love it especially easy to fill the water tank no mess and it makes some great tasting coffee

Last ninja product I'll ever buy

Bought in May of this year already dead in September,stops brewing after about a minute.. I run cleaning cycles religiously but still crapped out. And every review about the pot spilling is true, worst design ever. I'm shocked this made it passed any sort of Quality control. 2nd ninja coffee pot I've owned that didn't last a year. I remember when Ninja made quality products.

I bought my new ninja couple of weeks ago to replace the Ninja coffee maker that I have had for 4 years. I love the new one better than the old one but the old one made a bunch of hot coffee for me.great product

Poor quality

I bought this 14 cup xl ninja coffee maker thinking it would last a while and be well worth the investment. I bought it around six months ago and it was wonderful at first. Now it takes about an hour to brew one pot of coffee and that's saying it doesn't leak everywhere in the process. Do not waste your time with this unit. Definitely not up to normal ninja standards.

Love but the leaks!

Love the coffee maker overall but the reservoir leaks. We clean up a mess about 4 nights a week. Sometimes it takes more than a.couple tries to get it setup without the leak. Recently I had to clean up and refill 4 times before it was good to go.

Just got it but my wife loves it so far. Programmed and making coffee every morning.

Disappointed

The 14-cup capacity is nice. The 2 problems I have with this coffee maker are leaks. The counter will be covered in water because the seal on the water container often fails and as it is brewing, water leaks from the container. Pouring from the carafe. I have yet to find a way to pour coffee, when the carafe is more the 10 cups full, and not get coffee running down the side. Disappointing.

Love IT., makes 14 cups for the coffee lover in me. Keeps the coffee the right temperature too.
