Amazing brewer from Ninja!

We have been using this for a few years and it has been great! It makes everything from small hot coffee to iced tea and everything in between. I especially love how you can make an individual coffee or a full carafe for multiple people, regular or bold/rich strength. I also make iced tea using the specialty tea filter. The versatility is unreal and would definitely recommend!

Versatile

It has lasted more than 4 years using it every day sometimes twice a day, i love the frothing option and the tea attachment, i can brew anything i want basically. Not hard to clean either.

My husband and I are serious coffee snobs, and this is the best coffee maker ever! We love all the different options, especially having a half-pot option. It’s perfect for us in the mornings. Plus it makes AMAZING coffee! People are always telling us that our coffee tastes incredible, and I have to agree. This brew system makes even store-brand coffee taste great. Top of the line coffee brewing

I’ve had my ninja coffee maker for over 2 years and it’s been perfect. I use the regular brew setting most days, but have also tried the other settings. Perfect coffee brewed every time. The tea setting also turns out great. I only use filtered water and haven’t had any issues with build up. Mine came with a reusable filter, but I prefer disposable ones, so I don’t use that. It is ok coffee maker. I change to this brand because the previous one Cuisinart didn’t work properly anymore (After years of using I feel the coffee made isn’t as strong like before) so I went to the store and this fits my needs perfectly. 1) Making coffee from 6oz to 10 cup. 2) Simple to use. High quality trash.

We bought this a couple days after buying our house, not even two years ago. Worked ok for a couple of months but shortly after it just stopped making coffee midway through the brewing cycle. First you could make coffee on any setting now, the max it makes is a travel mug. Seems to have some serious issues with the water pump and the drip stop mechanism. Many times we’ve disassembled this to clean it and every time we do I think to myself… this is immensely over-engineered to the point where ...

Just broke despite regular cleaning cycles and very little use. Quality is below standard.

Wasted money

I have had my coffee maker about a year now, and it's the worst I've owned. I love my ninja kitchen appliances but this one is awful. I have tried different coffee, changed the permanent filter for just a regular filter and it floods the filter compartment with either one now and just brews a whole pot in the filter , never making it to the pot. I have ran it through many clean cycles and no improvements. Extremely disappointed for the price

Love it but I have one suggestion

Bought this coffee maker about two years ago. Love it except for one issue. Once every blue moon I accidentally do not fully close the basket holder resulting in overflow mess. The machine is loaded with features however I wish it had a safety switch to not brew unless the basket holder was fully closed.

Leaking water

My husband bought this as a Christmas gift in 2021. Not even a year later & it’s leaking water and never fills up to what I set the settings at. I have taken great care of it always making sure to clean/descale. Not a long term appliance. Also no way to take it apart to see if it’s any of the lines blocked.
