Product great, everything surrounding it lousy

Garbage disposal worth the money, but online registration and installation instructions are very lousy. Online registration requires proof of purchase that mailed in doesn't require. Installation instructions have haps between old removal and new installation.

I installed this yesterday. The directions may be the worst I have ever seen, and I have seen some absolutely horrible ones written by people who speak other languages. Despite carefully installing it with the "front" tab where they said it should be, there is no label showing a serial # or even a model # where you might expect to find it (maybe on the front, after being instructed to install it that way). Great disposal, fast and easy installation

I bought this garbage disposal yesterday and installed it today. This is the lightest disposal I've ever installed. It came equipped with the wiring plug installed ready to just plug in, which made the installation so much easier. It's also so much more quiet then my previous Badger 500 which was heavy and noisy.

The installation instructions are well written. The included locking ring tool made it an absolute breeze to install.

it's just a garbage disposal

I've installed many disposals so this one was no challenge. The one thing I noticed immediately was it's light weight. The worst part to installing a disposal is holding it in place while trying to mount it to the sink, that part was much easier with Moens disposal. The motor seemed quiet enough, time will tell after more usage. Time will tell about durability. Features? You turn it on, it grinds your sink waste. it is fairly quiet. Picked this up to replace a badger. Much quieter, super simple to install using existing hardware So far so good

Quieter than my previous disposal

This Moen disposal replaced a 25 year old Insinkerator/Badger model that rusted to pieces inside, and it does the job just fine so far, and is considerably quieter. The warranty coverage is longer than similar Badger disposals, definitely a plus.
