Noisy, difficult loading
Surprisingly noisy. Food gets trapped in the rubber opening and requires prodding to go down. It works. Got it by Consumer Reports recommendation. Our InSinkerator lasted 18 years. We’ll see.

Would RecommendI am one week in, and it is quiet, does a great job and right now i can recommend it. I had the 1/2 power and switched to the 3/4. I am glad I did.

Terrible installation communication.
The product is not the issue, the installation is. I was waiting at home for a 8-11 am installation and at 8:01 am was notified that the installation would be moved out three more days. In the meantime I cannot use my kitchen sink. Such late notification is unacceptable!!!
