Good disposal and easy to install
Would RecommendI chose this moen because price, horsepower, and attached power cord. I was not disappointed. It was very easy to install. It didn't take long - under an hour start to finish - no leaks and it was a great price point for as many horsepower. I also like that it is slimmer than a lot of the insinkerators. You need to watch Lowe's prices though. It was $149.99 online but in store it came up as $199.99. They price matched, but I shouldn't have to have known that. And if I hadn't looked I would have ...

Terrible service
I have no idea if the product is of good quality or not because it has not been installed. The subcontractor made the errors in their original scheduling, and when they rectified their scheduling error, they canceled at the last minute. I'm unhappy with the service provided by Lowe's and their subcontractor Faucet Man. They even admitted to overbooking on the day of my installation appointment.

To early to tell how good it will be so rating could go up or down BUT it is so loud! I really normally don’t care and so when I read some reviews that said it was loud, I really wasn’t that concerned but this is so loud it sounds like it’s broke or grinding up a fork when it’s turned on even before anything is being ground up!
