I love my smart faucet!

I love that it’s has voice control and I can help my children wash their hands from far when I’m busy. This is such a chic item makes my kitchen look so much nicer too.

Surprisingly easy installation and quality!

So, we bought this faucet to upgrade from another Moen kitchen faucet which still is great. I planned on the removal and installation to take a good part of the day. About an hour later, I'm showing my wife how the touch-free faucet works! Incredible!

Amazing Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In love with this faucet, the power spray works effortlessly. Voice command and motion sensor work like a charm. I did get a licensed plumber to do the installation and it went quite smoothly. The instructions that come with the product are quite elaborate as well. It is a bit expensive but worth every penny. Every kitchen needs one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I’m honest I wasn’t sure if I wanted to have a lot of smart products in my house , let alone a smart sink. Regular sinks are just fine right? Well I’ve changed my tune since getting this sink! The sensor on and off feature is enough of a selling point for me but I also love that the it measures water for you and temperature controls for you too!

Versatile Capabilities

Easily swings the full arc of the 33" sink and covers the entire sink with the retractable hose. Also switches to an effective spray power mode for rinsing the largest of pots and pans. It's worth the price when I'm over sink several hours per day fixing and cleaning three meals every single day. And it looks slick too!

Awesome product with impressive features

I had earlier version of the faucet for about 7 years and replaced with this touch less model and am very pleased. I also purchased adapter kit which works with AC with battery stand by in case of power failure. I don’t have to change the batteries for a long time.

Love this sensor faucet

We love this faucet, especially the sensor above the faucet to turn it off and on. It looks great. The spray works great. Honestly have nothing negative to say about this faucet.

I bought this faucet to see if it lived up to the convenience I read about. It wasn't that difficult to install. Getting it to run once installed was a little challenge. After resetting the power a few times it finally went through the setup mode. After that, it worked perfectly. Wow! What a nice a faucet. I did request support from Moen and they were very helpful.

Easy to install

This is my second motion sense faucet! We will never live without one! It looks great and very easy to install and my plumbing skills are very minimal! The MOEN company is a great company and always willing to help in any way! We love the MOEN products!

Working well, little to no issues so far

We recently installed this faucet and we are quite happy with it. The Alexa commands seem to work well and we haven't so far had issues with the faucet dropping connection. The blue/purple/pink/red indicator light to indicate the temperature is also a cool feature. We would highly recommend this faucet.

Instruction manual

Just had the u by moen smart faucet installed today - opened the box and there wasn't any installation instructions and no instruction manual to show me how to use the fancy features that we were hoping to use with this faucet.
