Perfect for discrete use in a vehicle

This radio is absolutely perfect for my needs. Being able to tuck the bulk of the radio away and out of sight in the truck and having all the controls on the handset is great and keeps the interior clean. So far I haven't had any issues with range or sound quality. It pairs nicely with the ghost antenna and is super simple to use.

Tiny but mighty! Love that it hides away discreetly. And during severe weather 2 nights last week, the weather alerts were super nice and helpful in saving the soft top on my Jeep from massive hail!

Finally!!

I had anticipated the release of this radio for quite some time and it was definitely worth the wait. The base station is slightly larger than my last micro mobile radio, however it is still easy to conceal in the dash of a vehicle. The performance of this radio is superb. I was on an over landing trip last week and I was speaking with a person over 50 miles away!

Super easy install, I actually used a ghost antenna with mine, I haven't been able to use it on the trail yet but with a handheld on my property it was amazing.

Clean, easy to use with split repeater tone capable. I like the speaker options of the handheld speaker only to the unit only or both. Adaptable to fit your environment. Clear, strong signal whether ur on a 5 watt channel or a 50 watt channel. Great job midland.
