Great quality - easy to use
Purchased two MXT575's to install in our Jeeps (Gladiator and Wrangler). Very well built, worked as designed and relatively easy to use. The menu acronyms take a little getting used to so keep your owners manual handy. Can't wait to get on the trails and test with obstacles (hills and leaves) to see if the 50W power helps over the MXT275.

Would RecommendI just installed this radio in my 2016 4Runner. I ran the antenna and power through the firewall and installed the base unit under the driver seat. Power is straight to battery. The mic cable was run between the seat and center console, and easily reaches the mic clip mounted on the dash right below the fan knob. I used the MXTA25 Ghost antenna on the MXTA27 universal lip mount, and the mount works perfectly with no harm to the paint. I haven’t tested great distances, but did a short test with a...
