(Cheap plastic parts) I will have to replace the whole lid. New lids aren't available for another 5 months, I have to lift the lid off and set it back on the washer to use it. Other than the lid it seems to work well. It washes clothes fine.

Would Not RecommendClothes wash without water!! See photo clothes arent wet and it started the wash cycle! Cant set the way you want, has a mind of its own. Dryer sensor apparently doesn’t work, stops before clothes are dry. Have to run 3-4 times before theyre dry. Worst washer snd dryer i have ever owned! Dont buy. Should be taken off the market and Lowes should be ashamed to sell!

Spin cycle won’t adjust.
Would Not RecommendIt will not go higher than medium. Therefore it takes twice as long to dry. Not sure who to call but it should be under warranty.

Would RecommendIt is HUGE and holds so much laundry. Fairly quiet and it’s fun to watch through the glass lid. Cleans clothes well.

Would Not RecommendThis is the WORST washer I've ever had!!! If I could give it a ZERO, I would!! I purchased a Midea freezer, which I am VERY HAPPY with so I thought that I would have the same experience with the washer. WRONG!!! I purchased this washer in March 2021 and now in November of the same year the washer overfilled and ran over into my floor and flooded my kitchen. After we got it drained we noticed it is still holding water inside and are having to unhook the drain hose and manually drain it. Also within just a couple months of purchasing the door hinges have broken apart and come off piece by piece where the hinge covers are completely gone now.

Would Not RecommendWe bought both the washer and matching dryer on recommendations from a Lowe’s employee. Long story short, we were mislead! We were told midea made washers for all he major brands tor years. Washer doesn’t fill properly and run times are often over 2 hours. I have to stop the wash cycle, cancel it and re-start the cycle several times to get the washer to fill to where the clothes are wet. Otherwise the clothes on top stay dry and aren’t washed. Would Not RecommendI purchased this washer 6 months ago. Low's installed & delivered it. From DAY 1, the first time, I used this washer. After loading it and hit START. Difficult to reach the bottom of the tub
Would RecommendTons of features for this price point. Seems mostly thought out and the user manual is a well done piece of documentation targeted at the US market. This washer has huge washing capacity, which is good. However, to achieve this, the tub is very deep. As this is a top loader, it's difficult to reach the bottom of the tub.
