Love the washing machine. It’s very quiet and I forget it’s even there. It takes a little bit for the water to start.

So after 6months it wont wash and has given me many error codes! Ive called the company for the warranty. They finally sent out a person to look at it. Only to have the parts needed on back order. Its been a month, i still cant wash at home. This wahing machine is not made for people under 5ft in height. Luckily I’m taller then that. The rinse restarts and fails to clean the clothes properly. Leaving only wet clothes to dry in multiple cycles once placed in the dryer.

Great washer and dryer set!

We bought this set in January of 2021 because they were on sale and we were on a budget. I was skeptical because I had never heard of the brand but we took the chance and I’m glad we did. They are large appliances that hold a lot of clothes. A little loud, but nothing out of the ordinary. The clothes come out nice and clean and the dryer only runs as long as it needs too. We have had these for over a year now and they work as good as the day we got them. Highly Recommend.

Got this washer because of the price but bad idea. It is very loud and doesn’t produce enough water to wash the clothes. It always sounds like it is about to break. I cant Stand the noises that it makes.

Won't take enough water so i am having to restart constantly. Always give error message E1. Won't buy again.

Washer

This washer is large. I am 5ft 2in and I have to use a step stool to get all the clothes out of the washer it’s so deep. It washes good and has a lot of options but the only reason for the 4 stars is if you don’t use the add water function I don’t feel if you have a big load it puts in enough water to clean your clothes well.

E3 is all it does now

It has been working well a little over a month. E3 error popped up a couple of times but we turned the power off and started again and it was fine. Now all we get is E3 and I have clothes sitting in water. We have re-leveled it, checked the lid, etc.. It appears that the lid locks and then unlocks and E3 pops up.

$2000 Trash Washer

I’ve had this washer for around 6 months now, so I’ve had it long enough to give a more long term review. We chose this washer because it had the largest drum of the in-store washers, and with a large family, we definitely needed it. Overall, this washer is garbage. Love my Midea Washer

What I love most about my Midea washer is that it is wide and deep enough to wash my King size comforters. It’s energy efficient and saves us money on our water bill and electric bill. You got to get you one. There is a Lifetime stainless steel drum warranty also.

Lid hinges fall apart

I purchased this washer in June and after about one month a piece fell off where the lid hinges are. Since then every time open or close the lid a piece falls off so I have had to put a towel behind the lid to keep it from opening too far back and more pieces falling off. All that is left now is the actual roller so we have to be very careful opening and shutting lid as it has now cracked the glass near one of the hinges. What a piece of CRAP!!! Had it for 3 hours and it never got out of the rinse mode. Kept getting error codes. Made sure machine was level BEFORE delivery dudes left. Got 2 error messages before delivery guys walked to their truck from my front door. Customer service is a ridiculous joke. Kept telling me to go to their social media pages to lodge my complaint. The tub is huge! I like having this as a secondary washer since I have 4 kids. I can't believe that because they were coming out with a new model, this would have wound up in the landfill.

Not good

We purchased this washer after reading good reviews, but we did not have the same experience. We are on our third one being delivered next week and we are more than likely going to just end up returning it because it doesn't wash too well, and it holds water after each wash.
