Clothes not washing

Clothes have the same stain on them from before the wash. Only thing decent they smell nice. My screw keeps coming a loose on the inside I went to the hardware store bought smaller screw it’s staying in but clothes are not getting clean I hat I bought this washer should have stuck with original washers like Maytag and whirlpool not see through. I will not do this again 5 weeks after having it ain’t that ashame

Horrible grinding noise after 13 months of use

We bought this washer in May 2021 and it has quit working. It started making a horrible grinding noise, we call to have it repaired and was told it was unrepairable. They wouldn't even send anyone out to look at it. Thank God we bought the extra protection plan thru lowes or we would be shelling out money again for a new washer. No washer should break down after 13 months. There is only 3 people in our family...it was used maybe 2-3 times a week. Definitely will not purchase another one.

Broke in 9 months, warranty not helpful

Unfortunately, only 9 months after purchasing this unit, it broke down. We purchased the Lowe's warranty, but were unable to utilize Lowe's as they stated we would have to use the manufacturer's warranty as the product came with a one year warranty. It has been 2 months and our machine is still not fixed. Midea outsourced their servicing of the machine to a local company. Terrible

Have had this set for 3 months and my clothes are hostage lid is locked will not open for nothing I can’t replace because I have clothes inside and the warranty people have constantly had an excuse for why they can’t come now I’m stuck going to laundromat in the heat please be careful with purchasing this brand I will never do it again.

It’s ok

It works OK but I thought being that it stated it was more quieter washer it’s very loud

Not for short people!

Machine works fine, BUT it is too tall for average or lower height people to reach the bottom of the tub.

Agitator issues

Agitator popped off and stop working (only on spin cycle not wash) Called Manufacturer for Warranty and they said its a very common problem. They sent repair man which all he did was put a longer bolt into it to hold it down. Still doesn’t work only had it 4 months. If its a common issue why not recall it???? Waste of money

Doesn’t wash all the clothes

This washer is useless! I run a load and when I come back every piece of clothing on top is bone dry and obviously not clean. The water never fills up far enough to submerge the clothes. The whole point of a washer is to wash clothes and this doesn’t do it!

save your money

We purchased this set because we needed a new one and this was the only set available that wasn't backprdered. It is awful! It doesn't get clothes clean and has a glitch that it will continue to spin and reset to rinse over and over.

Great Washing Machine

I've had this washer for a little over a year now and it is amazing!! In a household of 6, we wash a lot of clothes and this machine is a work horse! The capacity is also amazing! A king size comforter that we used to have to take to a laundry mat to wash fits with room to spare!!

Weird wash cycle

It takes almost 45 minutes for a fast wash. The tube spins and is all over the place. It looks like it’s going to pop at anytime. It is super loud with all kinds of wired sounds. The wash is just ok, not happy with this purchase. Will most likely buy another washer/dryer combo.

Horrible washing machine

Service agreement we paid for has not been held up. We have been waiting for 2 months for someone to come fix our machine. It continues to give us an Error 4 code and WILL NOT spin out. We are unable to even use the washing machine and it is only 1 years old. I would definitely not recommend this washer to anyone.

I wouldn't buy this style again.

After having to take it apart. All six bolts holding the center drum down had came loose! One bolt came completely out, and I found it in a jeans load weeks earlier. So I thought at the time my husband had picked a bolt up at work. Not knowing till today that it was from my washing machine. Good thing I didn't just chuck it in the trash. Every bolt has had the threads smashed so I have to get new bolts. They won't tighten down. Hoping I don't have to retap the threads. But that's my game plan. I...

Only lasted 7 months before is took a poop emoji!!!

DO NOT BUY

This has been one of the worst headaches of my life. I was so happy to get my brand new set. Upon turning it on, i get an “E5” notice. According to the handbook, that means its not level. My washer is level, I have checked, there is no way to bypass this and still wash my clothes. I am returning this, please save yourself the hassle and do not buy.

Midea Customer Service is the Worts

Purchased 3/29/21. Started to spin out of balance 2/9/2021 and would not finish a load. Contacted Midea Customer service about warranty work. They had me send a video of it malfunctioning. I emailed the video and Lowe's invoice as proof of purchase. They will not process without actual store receipt although the invoice clearly shows Midea washer purchase and amount.
