Would Not RecommendScreen started shorting out a few months after purchase when you would press the “soil” button. The screen would say “power outage” and have to do a full reset. Then the agitator got extremely loud. Called Maytag/Whirpool since it is still under factory warranty only to be told that labor isn’t covered, just certain parts and electrical is not covered. Best washer and dryer for families with dogs!
Would RecommendWe've been using the Maytag Pet Pro washer and dryer for almost a year now and absolutely love them! We have two golden retrievers who shed like it's their full-time job and this system has saved our clothes and bedding. We've noticed significantly less hair left over after using the Pet Pro + Extra Power options on both the washer and dryer. They're also great at removing stains and odours! Highly recommend for families with pets.

Pet Pro is a Plus!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had it a week, but it has made a huge difference in the appearance of our clothes. Before it looked like we were carrying one of our furry pets because of the lint and hair which remained after washing. Now, we struggle to find a hair left. The large capacity is a benefit when washing bed comforter or quilts.

These washers have an issue with the control board that says there is a drainage issue. This happened to mine six months after I bought it. The warranty repair man said it’s a common issue and Maytag sometimes sends replacement parts off older washers that cause the same issue.

Would Not RecommendWorst machine we've owned in 30 years. Since Jan 26 it has put holes in 18 items, caused major pilling on anything it would and the lint it is causing is unreal. I take light loads out that are as dirty as they were when they went in. Do NOT recommend. Regret this purchase of this set.

Would Not Recommendits mid, might chose a different washer a few things with this washer to be aware of. 1. the on button is the absolute worst, its electronic, but I have no idea how long to push said button to turn on the washer, 1,2 3,5 seconds, no one knows so I hold it until it completely resets this is absolute trash. 2. the cycles are looooooooong. even quick wash is 30 minutes 3. clothes seem extra damp when removing and heading to the dryer so that takes much longer now. 4. if your have something heavil...
