Good features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 3 months ago and it has not been working correctly. The temperatures in the refrigerator and freezer fluctuate and items in the refrigerator freeze while things in the freezer aren't always frozen. The refrigerator does have good features meeting some of the things I was looking for in my budget.

Too loud when it runs through is cycles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is buzzes really loud when it runs. We do like the black color. It is smaller than our 30 year old Kenmore we had.It is hard to find a spot to put larger items in it.

One problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't found a way to configure the shelves so a 2-liter bottle of soda can stand upright. Laying them on their side makes them go flat faster because of more surface area for the gas to escape. Very disappointing.

Reliability

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I purchased this model because this is the one that replaced our last refrigerator that lasted 36 years! They made changes to shelving, making some less adjustable which is unfortunate. There is not as much room for tall bottled items, such as 4 litre bottles of water or 2 litre bottles of pop. The pop can go on door at least. Speaking of the door, the rails to hold everything in are too low. Items keep falling out. My hope is that this ...

THE SHELVES ARE TOO DEEP.

WE HAVE BEEN HAVING A PROBLEM SINCE WE GOT THE REFRIGERATOR WITH THE FREEZER AND HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET IT FIXED BY A MAYTAG REPAIR MAN.WE HAD A REPAIR COMPANY DO A DIAGNOSTIC TEST AND HE SAID IT IS A SEALED SYSTEM ISSUE, WE NEED TO HAVE THIS FIXED. MAINE HAS A LEMON LAW ON APPLIANCES. WE STILL HAVE A FEW MONTHS ON THE WARRANTY.

Has plenty of room

Great Appliance, Accept?

Very dissatisfied. Waste of money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about 3 months ago, NOT satisfied with it. Setting duals have only 3 settings. the fridge at lowest setting is still at 20 degrees - freezing items in the fridge. Freeze must be on recommended setting, otherwise ice cubes turn into water! Fridge is running all the time. Would not recommend this fridge!
