product is not good, service is worst

The freezer stopped working 5 days after we got the fridge. Lowes and Whirlpool gave us the worst customer service. getting a human on the phone is almost impossible. Hours on hold and still no results. They say we have to wait 3 weeks for a repair, and they will not replace it. This whole experience has been frustrating and outrageous.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge is too small the door inside layout is not very conducive to our needs and our old Maytag fridge had a better design. The freezer space is ok and the temps are great in both the fridge and freezer.

Well designed and comes from a good family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator to replace a Whirlpool unit that last 27 years. This one is more efficient and has a more useful interior layout. It has similarities to its ancestor that we appreciate such as humidity controlled vegetable and fruit drawers and plenty of food mounted storage. It is quiet and well lit. Now, If it can just last 27 years.

Fantastic features and very large freezer section

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased a month ago. It has great features and is a great investment. The center drawer could use improvement as it sticks and doesn't glide smoothly. Over all o give it five stars. Beautiful finish and the wife loves the black color.

Great fridge with lots of room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the new fridge, works great with lots of space. It's my secondary fridge. I had to switch the doors around which is usually not an issue, but for some reason the top freezer door holes did not line up with the bracket, so I ended up drilling new holes. Not difficult but not what I expect for a new product.

I do appreciate the light in the freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Maytag about a month ago and it works great… My only complaint is the arrangement of the shelves it would be nice to place taller items on the top shelf, like a 1/2 gal of milk.

Great looking refrigerator
