Great Smoker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this smoker for years and go to it anytime I our my wife consider cooking ribs in the oven. Your can set our low and slow and enough room to cook plenty of food at the same time.

Christmas gift from my wife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife got me this smoker for Christmas in 2024, and i've put it through the RINGER since then. I was smoking meats in the dead of winter in negative windchill, no problem. I used it overnight many times. No problem. I used it every day for over a week straight, no joke... no problem. BIGGEST gripe i have is that if you don't get the cold smoker attachment, then you have to refill the wood chips very frequently which kind of takes ...

love my electric smoker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] plenty big enough for my use. easy to use and clean . holds temperature at the chosen setting. nice large pans for smoker chips and liquid. have used it for ribs and pork boston butt and it does a great job. meats are always tender and get a great smokey flavor. I would definitly recommend.

Cooks well. LED lights already going out.

I have owned two previous previous Masterbuilt smokers that had some problems with keeping the heat consistent while cooking. This unit does better, but after having only owned for a few months and cooked on it four times, the led lighting is not working as well. Somewhat disappointed.

Multiple used Cooker!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this cooker to smoke turkeys, chickens, hams and veggies with easy--great starter smoker. Plus I have used it as a cold smoker with a smoke tube for sausages and as a warming cabinet for brisket. Love the multiple uses!!!

Not What They Once Were

I replaced my old Masterbuilt with the "30 Inch." The old one has a meat probe. The old one was well insulated such that you could literally put plastic bowls on the top. I will not place anything on this one. In fact it is above 130F because I cannot hold my hand on it. The old one has wheels. The old 30 inch is bigger. Maybe I can use the parts on the new one to rebuild my old one. We will not be doing business in the future.

Large capacity

With 4 shelves that will hold a large cooking sheet tray you are able to create multiple foods. I've loaded it up with multiple meats and side dishes at one time. Great for smoking a large turkey for holidays freeing up the oven. Best ever smoker

Great smoker
