Its alot smaller than i was hoping and lower to the ground. Will need to build a platform for it. But its a good smoker so far

I have two driveways. There is no place to tell drivers to turn on Lydia lane and immediately pull into my driveway when I order and request delivery. With that said your two guys when above and beyond for me. One gentleman walked the sidewalk by my round driveway to find my actual driveway! Then they brought my smoker into the garage for me!!!! SMALL BUT MIGHTY!

Easy to assemble and a very small footprint (slightly smaller than a dorm room mini-fridge) which is nice on my already cluttered patio. Great Smoker!

There are a lot of smokers on the market. Over the last decade I’ve bought three! Two were major disappointments! This one is a perfect addition to my MIL lake house. It does everything an electric smoker should.

The only thing I would have different is something so that when you pull the rack out to check things it didn't drip on the ground some sort of a catch other than that we love it oh one more thing would be cool since it's electric to have temperatures

Good smoker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to use. Won't get a smoke ring like you would on an old school smoker. The only issue is the plastic film over the digital display will eventually start peeling. This issue can be corrected by covering it up with a small towel.

Buy the bigger model!

I always receive compliments on the food I make in this smoker. You always hear that the problem with smoking meat is temperature regulation. Not a problem with this smoker. I have purchased three of these and given them as gifts to family also.

I have had this smoker many years - no issues. I use it for pork and salmon. My preferred wood is hickory.

Warning! Can arrive broken!

This was given to me as a Christmas gift. This meant I didn't get to use it for several months when the weather got better. One the very first attempt to fire this up, it did not heat. At all. The temperature control panel worked fine and showed that the smoker never got above 75 degrees. Even after several hours of "heating". When I opened to check, the heating element was cool to the touch. I filed a complaint, hoping I could get help on this. There was no phone number to reach and talk to so...
