The smoker itself works great. The WiFi part of it is not worth the extra money. Doesn’t stay connected. The app freezes up. When it does connect, the app and the smoker digital display don’t correspond with same readings.

Digital WIFI smoker doesn’t work digitally

The grill seems good, but the app is terrible. If you open the door it disconnects and it won’t reconnect. The only way to to get the smoker to reconnect is to remove the smoker from the app and repair it. I also bought extra temp sensors and they don’t work either. Don’t waste your money trying buy the one that is supposed to work digitally.

junk that doesn't get to temp

I couldn't figure out why a boneless pork butt kept taking 12-14 hours until I threw in an ambient probe... this piece of junk reads that's it's at 235⁰ but actually cooking around 206⁰. I had to crank it to 275⁰ just to scrape 230-235⁰. buyer beware

Sucks

I used it 5 times. Now is doesn't work. I can't even find a new control panel replacement.

easy to use

it is so great to be able to go about other chores and projects and be able to see what is going on with the smoker on my phone ! So easy to use , and it sure does taste good when it is done ! This is the third Masterbuilt I have purchased , and by far the best choice yet !

Nice Smoker, Check for Damage

Nice smoker! Very easy to use if you are a beginner. Arrived with pretty significant dents on it. Not sure if the manufacturer or Lowe’s is to blame. Make sure to inspect thoroughly before putting the whole thing together!

Disappointed

Digital setting is way off from actual temperature inside the smoker. Used it twice now and same thing. Very disappointed that I spent good money on it.

better than Pellet

Have/Had a pellet smoker, it did a good job, but it never really had a smoke flavor like a wood burner, So I purchase 710-unit hands down this is legit, I can get the smoke flavors that I could not achieve with the pellet smoker, addition I got the cold smoker addon .. 100% worth it

So easy making the best around.

I have had all kinds of Smokers. From the Home Shop made to expensive on-line purchased wood fired smokers. None have come close to the ease of this Masterbuilt 710 WI-FI. Love to sit inside and keep an eye on my favorite food. Better than Best, and sinks the rest.

Perfect heat control

I have two smokers both electric 40”. A full rack of baby back ribs fit perfectly-no need to half the racks like in a 30” smoker. The electric heating element maintains perfect temperature throughout the cooking time for the most tender finished ribs. So easy I just set the heat and 4-6 hour cooking time and walk away -so easy.

Good Eatin

I have my second Masterbuilt smoker, both have allowed me to make many great meals for myself and my family. I love making smoked pork butt. We love the way it turns out and, it's so much cheaper than buying BBQ.

WiFi is the lazy smoker Mode!

Load the water pan, fire up the power, fill the wood tray, and place the layers of meats you’ve chosen and sit back. In an hour check to add a few wood chips, or maybe flip the meat, but, dinner it on!

Digital Electric Smoker?!

Lemme tell y'all 'bout this Masterbuilt 710 - she ain't my granddaddy's smoker, but that WiFi control is slicker than pork fat on a hot summer day! Four racks handles my weekend cookouts, and that side chip loader means I can keep addin' flavor without disturbin' my meat's beauty sleep. My smoker friends laugh when I show up, until they taste my bark. Not competition-worthy, but my brisket don't know it's electric!

Set It & Forget It – Easy Smoking with WiFi

The Masterbuilt 710 WiFi Electric Smoker has made smoking incredibly simple. I love being able to control everything from my phone — I can check temps or adjust settings without hovering over it. The digital controls are intuitive and the smoker heats up quickly and maintains temperature well. I’ve done pulled pork, ribs and even smoked mac & cheese — all turned out flavorful and tender. Cleanup is easy too. If you want low-effort, high-reward smoking, this unit is perfect.

Great smoker , easy to use , works with no problem

Wife got me one about 8 years ago , loved it used it almost every weekend , added the gravity feed smoker box on side and it works great , had to retire it after 8 years of heavy use for a new one , proud to say have had the best results from this smoker from doing ribs, turkey, butts and vent done venison jerky and smoked cheese, would recommend this to anyone looking to many more years of using this product
