I too have had this a for approximately 18 months but probably used 10 times. One morning I plugged it in and the display looked like the thing on predator’s sleeve. I unplugged it and plugged it in again but it doesn’t light up or do anything.

So far a great product. My husband has been using it every few days and has had no issues at all. The internal heat reader works great on his phone and the beeping reminder helps when it is low on wood chips.
