I wish it worked better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had mine just over a year, and it has always had trouble holding a temp. It will cook steady for anywhere between 30-120 minutes, and then completely drop off the heat to nothing. Makes it impossible to set it and walk away. Kind of frustrating.

Great features, love it

Got this one and love the features the chimney works great with the auto adjusted temp and air flow. And the ash pan is great, easy to use. I do recommend cleaning it after use to prevent flaring up when you bbq especially if you’re bb chicken. Overall great product!

masterbuilt 1050 gravity series

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought my gravity series smoker over 2 years ago and it has been wonderful i use real hickory wood in it so i get smoke flavor like on an offset but i can start it up and monitor it from my cell phone when im at work or working on the farm i work a full time job in town and i also have a farm with this i can still smoke a pork butt or a brisket without having to maintain a fire every 45 minutes it works great for me

Total Control over charcoal

What a dream machine! I've done several cooks over the week Ive had this grill. Total Control With Charcoal. Sheer perfection. Only 1 complaint. The temp gauge on the hood is useless and very inaccurate by more than 100°. I replaced it with the temp gauge from my weber kettle and it's perfect. This will be the grill I move forward into the future with. No more pellets for me. Best feature: snuffing charcoal after cook for later use. Amazing!

so easy to use

I had to buy a new brain after, but it still got my prime rib done ( i had to put a heat lamp on the controller to see the screen). Old enough now to have to replace the fire tube(?) and a switch. I smoke mainly butts over night with it and brisket also.

Best BBQ I Have Ever Owned

Gravity feed charcoal smoker

I do love the fact that I can fill it and pretty much smoke/cook for many hours on it, depending on the temp your running. I do mostly smoking on there so usually under 250 for temp. Great smoker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been great for several years but after dozens of uses the sensors have started to fail which is a well known issue. I wish they'd offer a recall and send replacement parts. Otherwise great smoker. Be sure to clean it frequently as it does risk grease fires if you've built up a lot. I recommend after every 2 to 3 uses.

Where have you been all my life?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Without a doubt this is the best grill I have ever owned and that includes my Kamodo and Weber grills. The temperature control is SO fantastic. The software is a little glitchy sometimes, but can't complain too much because I had NO control over my other grills...always too hot/too cold, rarely just right. This is just set it and forget it.
