Would RecommendServes the purpose. Good price on sale. The firebox is really only good for smoking if you're going to use chunk wood on top of some charcoal. The fire needs to be really hot to transfer into the main chamber. If it's just you or you and s/o, you can use the firebox to grill a small meal of up to 4 burgers or chops or a couple steaks.
