Love it! Perfect size to grill fajita, chicken and sausage at one time

Not a Smoker

Ok grill but not a good smoker. Can not maintain temp when using side fire box even when monitoring and checking every 10 mins. In addition, the paint/coati g on the side firebox blistered and is now rusted after only 6 months and used twice.

Easy to use

It uses charcoal and has a smoker.

Huge Gaps

Upon putting this together, I realized there is a huge gap between the back of the lid of the smoker and the bottom. Obviously this gap will cause you to lose all of your smoke and heat making this almost completely useless without modifications. At the end of the day, this is a cheap product, but its a cheap product that isn't even remotely capable of performing its function without modification. unfortunately I'm not going to go through all of the hassle of returning this product, and luckily...

It's just OK

Works fine except the thermometer it filled with water. Assembly of it was sub par, the burner drawer was stuffed in below the slides and I had to jerk it out. Normally I have no problem with the pick up service. This time I checked in and no one came out. I went in and was basically told I did it wrong. Not happy JP

Functional, but cheap

I don't smoke a ton, maybe 5 or 6 times a year. I had recently retired my old smoker and wasn't in the mood to spend a lot of money. This smoker was large enough I could smoke larger items so I went with it. The metal is very thin and bends. I had multiple items in the box that were slightly bent here and there. pealing interior paint

I don't think this is supposed to happen. the manufacturer needs to use a higher quality of paint or powder coating. It should be something that can withstand heat over a long period of time. can I return this as a manufacturers defect? I tried to upload photos but your system won't allow large images.

Best Beginner smoker/ grill

This was easy to set up. Easy to control temp both while smoking and grilling. This has great air flow even with the gaps. Super beginner grill and smoker. Lot of high end features for the money. If you are just getting into grilling or smoking this is the best beginner smoker on the market
