Would Not RecommendPutting this in our garage, the rubber is stiff and instructions on how to install are vague at best. We have our own home improvement business and are challenged by this. Very frustrating, wish I read the reviews before purchasing. If the screws weren't under the rubber you could slide it in, but this is not the case!!
