Threshold
Would RecommendOld threshold rubber strip was wore out so I tried to find the right sized on to no avail. I purchased the threshold to use as replacement and installed where the old one was. Unfortunately the previous installer did not cut the door bottom properly (probably why the rubber strip wore out). So I have not yet removed the door to cut it off, but the new threshold should work just fine after the door is cut. I will say inserting the rubber strip is a bit of a challenge.

Would RecommendI ordered this threshold because the item pictured on the website appears to be the exact type I need to replace. The one I received has the screw holes under the rubber strip instead of in the ridged metal, as pictured. For some applications this may not be a problem, but for me it is. There is a 1/2 inch gap under the area where I would have to place the screws, which I filled in with foam. I ordered this threshold specifically to avoid that problem. I suppose I could drill new holes if I can'...
