Would RecommendEasy to install. Comes with screws that require an anchors. I chose to buy concrete anchor screws. Cut threshold, drill anchor holes and install using either type of screw you require. Installing rubber door strip is easy. In my case i needed more door clearance, had to remove door and cut it, make sure to bevel door like direction state.

Throw away product
Would Not RecommendThe rubber seal on top of the threshold cannot be replaced and you must buy a new rail/seal assembly when the rubber is worn. Throw away philosophy, more money for MD which makes the product. You must cut (saw) the new aluminum rail to length as well as the rubber seal which is losely enclosed in the package. MD has the seal but won't sell it.
