Great Functonality

I've had this lock for over a year and love the control it allows me. Now I ordered the Vision Elite and will repurpose the Secure Pro to the garage.

My God don't buy this!

This lock has been nothing but a headache since I purchased it, and I'll be taking it back. I installed it at my elderly parents, who live an hour away and who now have a number of different caregivers and other health professionals coming and going. I wanted a safe way to have people come and go for my parents, who have a hard time getting up. Great lock

We’ve had this lock for nearly à year and it’s a great addition. When we travel and need to have someone access the house, it’s a simple thing to open the lock for them. We really enjoy that feature as well as the auto timer lock feature. Overall we’re very happy with this lock.

Good lock but terrible support help

One slight issue with the dead bolt randomly locking after door being opened (still sorting out) but the after sales support very dismal here in New Zealand with still no help

I purchased two high quality security locks in January. The locks automatically lock 5-10 seconds after door closure.

I bought this lock in 20222. Very easy to operate. I was even able to lock it remotely while being in Dominican Republic and my son forgetting to touch the screen for it to lock. Would recommend it 1000%

How can one possibly love a lock?!?!

Love my Lockly. Takes a bit to learn it but it is such a time saver and convenient. One of those “I know I ‘want’ it and I don’t really ‘need it’” kind of purchases as a regular key will do just perfectly fine. But, having some family members who often lose their keys, makes this finger print/code/key entry lock very convenient! I love the look and pray it lasts for many years. Helps with letting in other people too when I’m not home.

Best Product and amazing support

I've been a long-time fan of Lockly products, especially the Secure Pro smart lock. I’ve used it since 2020, but recently, the touch sensor began to fail. I reached out to their support team, who guided me through troubleshooting steps but unfortunately the issue persisted. Given my loyalty, they surprised me by offering a free replacement lock. You wont be disappointed, Great Product

This is my third Biometric lock and my first from Lockly. The fingerprint capabilities of this lock are much better then the others I own. Very robust construction. Very easy to install, program and start using. This is the best fingerprint lock on the market.

Fingerprints for the win!

Bought this for our new house. Love that it can do fingerprints or a code. Put in my children’s fingerprints so they can always get into the house and don’t have to worry about keeping track of a key. Was a little difficult to put in, read the directions carefully.
