My family loves my Lockly Secure Pro lock!

Hello Lockly! I just wanted to give you a review of my Secure Pro Model PGD728WSN which I purchased and installed in January 2021! My family has been using our Lockly Secure Pro on our main front door entrance every day, without any failures or issues, since I installed it! Believe it or not, we enter our front door at least 30 times a day, mainly because my daughter lives across the street and we take care of our three Grandchildren! Checks All The Boxes

I’ve had this for some time. I recommend it to everyone and can’t wait to upgrade to the Vision Elite. It’s a solidly made product. Initially I had issues with WiFi but eventually started using a different outlet and it’s been incredibly reliable. Every once in a great while I’ll find that the lock didn’t engage after shutting the door. Overall: worth the purchase.

Awesome lock

I bought this about a year ago and it’s the best thing ever. Only issue I had was that the batteries were running out too fast. I called customer care and they ended up sending me a new one. It works great and the batteries last a long time with normal use.

Best smart lock on the market

This is my second LOCKLY product that I installed. First one is the latch edition and this time it’s the deadbolt. Installation is straightforward. I did encounter problems since my door is a metal door, I have to drill a larger hole. But otherwise everything goes smoothly. The function of the LOCKLY is amazing. 4 different ways to enter, fingerprint, passcode, key and Bluetooth with apps.

Great lock

We have this lock about 2 years now. Never any issues besides fat fingers. Highly recommended

Great features but the battery life is not long

I am not satisfied with the battery life at all, I got the alkaline Napa’s suggested and we are not home a lot cause of work, but I have to change it often, the about came with lasted 6 months

WiFi Doorknob

What I like is that have WiFi and you can change code, open door and know who's entering to the property. Measure in the existing door the distance in between holes.

Great lock with excellent features and support.

It took me a couple of hours to install and program this in our older front door. Now that I have done it, I could probably do it in about 20-30 minutes. Installation instructions are straight forward and there is also video instructions if you prefer. There is also a help number to call. The lock has many ways to open and lock it. Sturdy and secure

I installed this lock a few weeks ago after an attempted break-in and am very satisfied with its sturdiness. The lock is very secure and responds well to the manual key code, cell phone app, and traditional key. The bronze finish is very stylish, and the lock looks like it will wear very well in the outdoor conditions.

Secure Pro / Secure Link

Difficult set up of secure link with android phone. Tech unable to solve. Connected within minutes with apple phone. Prefer link on vision model which is directly connected to modem.

Excellent lock

I live on the second floor and my entrance door is on the first floor. This lock has 4 separate ways to unlock: combination, fingerprint, RFID card, and key. It locks automatically 90 seconds after being opened, and with WiFi I can unlock the door from upstairs. This lock makes me feel safe, and I like that the combination circles move each time the lock is activated. The lock is clean looking, both inside and out.

Great Lock & Easy App

This is my first smart lock and after using it at a customers house I had to have one! The install and app set up was easy. Adding users is a breeze and I can check the status anywhere with the wifi on it which is really nice when on trips.

Fantastic Lock with its quirks

I bought this through an IT friends recommendation. I have two boys and did not want them having to remember codes and for ease of access the finger print is GREAT! I have family that is in the area and I like that I can remotely let them in or give them timed access! So far the Lock has been great! We love it

Bought this 1.5 years ago for our front door. Fingerprints are programmed for our 5, 7, and 9 year olds and ourselves. Still works flawlessly and several of our neighbors have also purchased Lockly locks for their front door. We love the auto lock feature, the fingerprint access, the wifi remote access. Have not had to change the battery yet. Will add the deadbolt smart attachment for basement door soon. We couldn’t be more pleased!

Love my new LOCKLY Deadbolt!

I love this product, the packaging presentation, ease of installation with instructional videos, the functions of the deadbolt and many options of setting up to use (biometric, key code and on demand unlock & lock with app).

Great lock with many features

I have installed this deadbolt system and it was pretty straight forward. It seems heavy duty and comes with many features I like. So far I have no problems and look forward to upgrading the rest of my house with your products. Keep up the good work.
