Excellent Customer Service

Lockly customer service is probably the best I have experienced. The agent i had was Rica and she was really knowledgeable. She was able to walk me through in setting up the app access. I had to request to call me back in an hour as I was not yet home and yes she did call back on time. Lockly product is great and thr after sale support is superb

Generally good

The installation was easy enough even on aluminum door. The design is not pretty at all I would've liked the black one but it was no longer on stores. The back design is ugly with the black and silver design, it woul've looked better with silver-only design, probably chosen this way because of battery heat or something. the usage is fast, i like however other designs that are smaller, this is more on the larger side. Worth every penny

Worth every penny works like a charm. I’m often not home when service people need to enter the house. It’s nice knowing that I can log their entry exit. I can also see when my kids come and go.

I bought Lockly Secure Pro more than four years ago. I am very happy with its functions. Recently, the latch has not worked, so I emailed support and got help within a couple of hours. After the mechanical issue was confirmed, they decided quickly to send me a replacement. I highly recommend this product.

Great Great Great ! No Keys Needed

I love my Lockley Pro. I can open and lock the door verbally with Alexa Show. I haven’t carried a house key in ages, and just using my finger print is a plus for me. Additionally, controlling the lock utilizing my cell phone is great for letting in guests that I need to enter my home when I’m not there.

Secure WIFI lock!

Had this lock a couple of years now! Adult kids all have their own code. Plus I can open the locked door from anywhere in the world! I can also check to see if I forgot to lock it while traveling on the road!

Very reliable and convenient!

I've been using my Lockly for about 4 years now - I love the convenience of being able to assign one-time pins, use fingerprints to unlock the door, and assign different codes to family members. The wifi features are great too!

A lock that works

I purchased this Lock almost a year ago. It has been pretty reliable and worked flawlessly. I used to go the old fashion way of changing locks when we had a house cleaner or dog walker change. With the Lockly unit I no longer have to and can set end dates on lock codes. The biggest plus was that the code screen always changed basically making it impossible for anyone to guess a code. I was just thinking about an upgrade in my front door lock, the print scanner its a no brainer and works like a charm, plus all additional benefits and options to access. The integration with Alexa works perfectly. So far we are so pleased with the mechanism, apparience and customer service.
