Love the features

I have been using this lock for the past 6 months, and really enjoy the ease of use. It even has a fingerprint function! I like that I can give tempory codes, family codes, and permanent codes all from my phone.

Great lock for rentals

I have had this lock on my rental property for 4 years and it has never given me any trouble. I am able to remotely control the lock and create passcodes for my renters. I like that the passcodes can be set to automatically expire when the rental is complete. I also appreciate the "jump start" feature where you can overcome a dead battery with a 9V battery held to 2 nicely hidden terminals on the lock body

perfect for my needs

After an incident where my house was entered by a stranger (with the door unlocked) i immediately installed the Lockly Secure Pro smart lock. Now i don't need keys & the door automatically locks so i have peace of mind. I was also able to give temporary access to house-sitters and friends staying for a visit

Not sure where all the positivity is coming from

There is no actual deadbolt contrary to what the item is listed as having. It's essentially just a fancy version of a door knob lock. Additionally the app wouldn't even process a request to create an account. Customer service was an over 30 minute wait on the phone and I cannot say stay away enough.

Reliable and well made lock with many features

I’ve had this lock for about a year. It is easy to use and has held up well despite facing the western sun. It has a smooth lock/unlock operation and its batteries last about 6 months or more. Users can be added/removed with ease and remote control/observation of the lock works great. I have other smart locks, but this one is the best of them.

The smart lock is very convenient and elegant and being able to lock and unlock with voice including with all the great features that it has.

Great lock and even better customer service!

I’ve had this lock for about 2 years now and it’s been great. I can assign any of my friends and family with a permanent or temporary code (for pet sitters) and this lock always comes through for me. I even get updates when the door is opened and closed. Hands down the best lock. Not to mention the customer service. They were very responsive and even called to make sure my issue was resolved. This is a great company and I will definitely always have a LOCKLY lock!
