Easy to use

I bought this lock from a friend who had gotten brand new in an auction. It was easy to set up and use. The customer service staff on the phone was amazing. My only complaint is that there isn't two fingerprint readers for left opening doors (very hard to get around the door jamb or the screen door frame) Maybe just a front facing fingerprint reader?

Great looking and easy to use. I ordered this lock for my front door, but finger print was in the wrong side. Contacted support and they helped with the problem. Excellent customer service.

Great features and user friendly

I bought one 2 years ago and really like it, bought a second one a couple of weeks ago for the other door, it is very user friendly and customer service is very good! I really like the fact that I can control it from my phone and also from the touch screen, I also like the fact that the numbers are always in a different position every time it is used so that someone can’t see what your code is. Great smart lock

It's a great smart lock. Very solid. Pretty easy to set up. One thing I can't figure out is how to change the schedule on a recurring user or pause their access. Once you set it, it seems locked in the app which seems odd to me.

Awesome, Secure, Convenient

We have 2 Lockly locks and like them both very much. They are very solidly made and secure. The convenience of using either the application, a code, or our fingerprint to open the door is absolutely the 'cats meow'. I have to add that their customer service is excellent!

Overall Pretty good lock for airbnb

I bought this lock for our Airbnb. It has some great features such as sending your guest a code that's only good while they are staying. The fingerprint scanner is a nice option that makes it quick to get in. You can store up to 99 fingerprints. The access log allows you to see who has been coming and going. Sleekly designed but very functional. Fingerprint sensor makes Fumbling for keys a thng of the past. It’s easy to add people. One time or occasional contractors can have their own code and limited access. You can even unlock the door from 1000 miles away over WiFi if neeee.

Could be fantastic

We've had this lock for a few years now and it could be the greatest lock except that it doesn't do the one thing I bought it for and that's be a WIFI connected smart lock. It loses connection to the hub constantly and therefore I can't see the lock nor control it from afar. The lock is hundreds of miles away and I can't easily get there to constantly reset it. Experience After 1 Year

The Lock has been functional and does what it says. The fingerprint unlocking feature is such a convenience we don't even carry around keys. However, the App is a disaster. Lockly does not realize how important it is in present day to have an app that's updated and is seamless when users attempt to sync their mobile phones with the lock. Good Smart Lock

Looks secure, relatively easy to install. Great app to manage access. Fingerprint sensor is a hit and miss. Even after adding a print it did not recognize the finger to open a minute later.

Versatile and Secure

I installed this lock at the recommendation of my daughter about 18 months ago. I liked it so much that I purchased and installed one for my son. And my neighbor liked it so much that she bought one and I installed it for her. So easy to use for day-to-day entry, and so easy to program for visitors and service techs.

This has been a great purchase for the house. I couldn’t be happier for several reasons. First the kids were losing house keys before. Best thing I've ever bought

I love this Lock I can leave the house to go to the yard sure it will lock itself after 30 seconds good for safety but I can always get in but just my fingerprint or a touch of the code and the keypad. I also love that it automatically locked so that you don't have to remember at the end of the night did I lock the door. And if I'm in the basement and someone texted that at my front door because I don't hear the doorbell in the basement I can unlock it from the basement through the app.

Great lock with many automated features. As well as Wi Fi, you can also connect to it via BlueTooth if you are nearby. It is programmable in that you can set the timer so that it automatically locks at a certain interval if you inadvertently neglected to secure your door. The floating code display allows you to not worry about someone looking over your shoulder to cop the code.
