No Good!
Would Not RecommendSeems the only thing this is good for is wear out expensive little batteries. When trying to repair two different light strings, the batteries went dead after clicking the repair switch about 12-15 times.

Would RecommendWe went to set up our 10 year old tree, and the bottom section was first and only half of it lit. After 30 minutes of checking every bulb, we used Google to help us find the problem. Easy to use and it saved my tree!!!
Would RecommendI bought this less than an hour ago and my tree lights are now up and twinkling! I read the instructions FIRST then proceeded with my attempt to fix my lights and was successful. It was extremely easy to use. The LightKeeper comes with 10 spare bulbs which I did have to use to switch out quite a few throughout the process. It literally took me 25 minutes to get my 7.5ft tree back in business.

Would RecommendYes, this weird thing works. It's like a Swiss Army Knife for your tree lights. The instructions tell you how to use it, but let's face it...you will probably just YouTube it like I did. Lights were out; I used the shunt closer 30+ times. I then used the mini volt meter to follow current until it stopped, found the bad bulb, and boom! It worked!! Get this and it will save you from those four letter words that always follow....

Would RecommendAfter my wife trying for Four hours to locate the bad bulbs in two string of lights on our pre lit Christmas tree, I made a comment that the following day I would go to Lowes and purchase this item. She said, they don't work I purchase it anyway. After reading the instructions I tried it, within 3 minutes I had both stings working! She could not Believe it Then she said I should have purchased it sooner. Go figure!!!

Would RecommendPut together my pre-lit tree this year, plugged in the lights and two strands were out. I already have a bulb tester but on pre-lit trees it is very hard to use. On a run to Lowes to purchase new lights to put on my tree I saw this device, bit the bullet and purchased.
