the bulbs and sockets on my Christmas tree strand of lights would not fit in the tester, but the current sensor tracked down 2 burnt bulbs that were my problem

Works great

I replaced bulbs but lights still would not come on. I followed the directions plugging sockets into the Lightkeeper Pro and squeezed the trigger. One string came on right away but on the second one I had to try several sockets replacing bulbs as I went. This thing works great on regular bulbs,I think it says it is not for LED,s. It is several tools in one unit & does what it says it will do.

A Christmas Light Must Have

This year when we set up our pre-lit Christmas tree there was one strand of lights that wouldn’t work. I had spent hours looking for the culprit and finally resigned that we would have to buy a new tree. A friend had a post on Face Book about Light Keeper and how great it was. I drove tonLowes and bought one. When I got it home I plugged it in and within 10’seconds my lights were fixed!! What an awesome tool!!!!

Doesn’t work as advertised. Wore my finger out pulling the trigger! Plan to return to store for a full refund! Don’t waste your time and money on this product.

Doesn’t really work

This tool, despite information on-line, doesn’t work as advertised and the one I purchased diff NOT have the spare bulbs as advertised. As an Electronic Tech I’m pretty good at troubleshooting issues and expect my tools to do the job their designed to do, this tool did little to nothing.

Light keeper

Seems like a great product that would be easy to use. Unfortunately it does not work with LED lights which we upgraded to two years ago.

Worked Somewhat

Tried the option to fix the light string by inserting the light repair tool in line with the lights. There was a flicker and the non-working lights turned on for about 2 seconds, then they went out again. They have not worked since. I tried using the tool to determine if any voltage is actually passing through the lights, and the readings (audible sounds/tones) are sometimes present.

This tool is exactly what I needed.

I have several old Christmas displays with incandescent lights in them. These displays can not be replaced and the light sets in them would be very hard to replace also. With this tool, you simply hover over the wire leading into a bulb then out of the bulb. If the tone is there going into the bulb but missing when leaving the bulb, you just found your bad bulb. Too Hard To Use

Thought this was going to be wonderful money saver but it's too hard to use because it's too hard to get the bulbs out of the socket without breaking them to try to repair the socket.

Light Keeper Pro

I've thrown away many strings if lights in the past. Not any more! The Light Keeper Pro is just that, keep your lights! Plug incandescent lights into the gun and pull the trigger a few times. It "fixes" the dead string so that 90% of them glow again. Well worth the price!

Works as advertised

Loved it. Saved lots of time. Easy to use. I used all of the supplied bulbs. Very satisfied.

Not as easy as they advertise

The directions they give with this product are terrible and lack any specificity. Went on UTube and watched several videos. This did not work at repairing any of may lights which weren't working. Also constantly showed current yet never once helped me find which bulb/bulbs were faulty. Showed power current but no indication. were the bulb was faulty. I would not recommend at all.
