Works great, a few issues but they seem to be addressed?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great composter.I used the product heavily and it was up to the task. Only problem occurs when some of the internal parts began to rust. After a while they totally rusted. I was totally pleased that I was supplied with replacement parts and all I had to do was pay shipping! I am now waiting for those parts and I will update when I receive them.

Best compost bin I have ever used,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using them for 6 months and am getting great results, easy to fill and keeping rats etc out, I am able to remove simple bins and my garden looks more organized and tidy. I also find it easy to load the compost into a wheelbarrow, I am developing raised beds and would not be able to fill without my Rotating Compost Bins . I also must state that it is so clean an simple to use. I find it easy to clean and keep using.

I love this tumbler set - but the handles rusted shut

This compost tumbler set is convenient, can hold a lot of food waste, and easy to divide your working compost with finished compost since there are two bins! I LOVE these tumblers. However, the handles on my rusted so that I can't lock the lids closed anymore. It is starting to attract a lot of bugs and I am afraid soon it will attract rats. Latch Rusts Easily

I have owned this product for just short of 2 years and the arms that attach to the latch mechanism has completely rusted through and detached. The lid no longer stays closed, rendering the product useless. I have also never been very impressed with how loosely connected the panels are to each other.

Generous service

I have been using my composter for several years. When the hinge on 1 compartment failed it was replaced free of charge and was easy to replace. Thanks

I bought a dual composter some years ago. I very much have enjoyed this product, but over time, A lot of the metal pieces had rusted. I called customer service and the agent was great. He was able to track down the parts I needed, and is sending them on their way .

Good Bin, Excellent Customer Service

We purchased the double-bin rotating composter a number of years back. It had been outside and unmaintained for a few years and had some issues (needed some parts replaced). We itemized several parts that needed replacement (but were unable to find our receipt). They sent us the parts (and then some - extras included) without hesitation. A+ rating in my book.

Brand should be called Rustime, not Lifetime

I'm in the same boat as many people here that bought this composter only to have it start rusting after a couple of years. A product like this shouldn't rust! It is to be kept outside and keep having wet compost on the inside - use stainless steel or a coating! A customer shouldn't have to hold their bin together with ratchet straps.

We've had this product for a number of years. I part became unsoldered so I ordered a replacement. Handy but have limited life due to rusting

I was seeking parts for the tumbler and was well treated by the support staff.

Bought this composting bin a number of years ago and it has worked great.

After a number of years the time and weather has taken a toll on the metal hardware. Following the failure of both lid hinges (rusted out and broke) I called customer service looking to buy replacements. I spoke with Corbin about the hinges and learned that they were on backorder. Corbin said that he would place me on their parts list for these hinges and that they would be sent to me w/o charge as soon as they came in. In constant use for over five years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using these composters for over five years without any problem until recently. The latching mechanism corroded through and bent. I neglected to read the advisory to keep the latch upright when done turning the drums. I called to order replacement parts to make a repair and they insisted on sending them free of charge. Great composter and even better company.
