Worst product they have made in years
Would Not RecommendYou cannot set the water level, even in deep cycle it doesn’t clean the cloths. Stuff comes out still dirty. They used to make great washers. This “AI” washer is crap and now we have a $1k trash can. Also the customer support is no help they just tell you to use deep cycle. And that you probably have an issue with the way it was installed and will not send out a technician to look it over. Go with a different product from a better company LG appliances are not what they used to be.
