DO NOT BUY A REFRIGERATOR FROM LOWE'S

Lowe's refused to hook up the refrigerator they delivered. Twice. Because of a copper water pipe. Which the manual literally recommended. We paid an extra $400 for two plumber visits and spent over a week without a working fridge. The delivery people said that Lowe's forbid them from installing it. Use any other company unless you want to be stuck in limbo!

Terrible experience

LG refrigerator bought 9/20 for $1300 and it began failing 11/23. We have taken off work for 7 technician visits since then and still no resolution, the last technician stated it was an electrical issue and not repairable. It is now sparking when attempting to plug in and is a fire hazard. After countless phone calls that we were told we would either get a replacement or refund we have had neither and have not had a working refrigerator in 4 months. Space

We needed one the would fit the opening.

Loads of Space

Great features and very surprised with the amount of space. Exceeded all our expectations. Finally we have separate space for milk, eggs and condiments. The freezer holds a lot of product, we brought the product from our outside freezer to the new freezer.

Fantastic! Only downfall is "no split shelves"

Love the quality of the rollers on drawers - gane change compared to other brands. Great use of space with new technology (same exterior dimensions, more cubic feet insure). I wish they would have split shelves, tho.

Terrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This very fridge stopped cooling after only 1.5 years. No way to diagnose the issue in a practical way. Absolute garbage fridge. Run away from anyone trying to sell you this tripe

Love my LG Fridge

My new refrigerator is great! Previously, I had a side-by-side thus the shelves were so narrow. I LOVE the space that my LG fridge gives me. I bought a take-and-bake pizza the other day and it easily fit on the the shelf.

Failed Compressor!

We bought this fridge 02/2021 only scrutiny because we heard the compressor on these units don’t last very long. We bought it anyway hoping it wasn’t true! Well, hear we are 3 years later and the compressor has failed. So it was true on what I read.

Overall great!

Had it about a month now and very happy with it. Lots of room on doors . I do miss a “butter holder” but am old school. The ice maker is amazing -

Ice maker doesn’t produce

I like that I can see all of the things in the refrigerator well. I wish the ice maker had a cover so hair wouldn’t drop into it from above. Not that is matters, because it barely makes any ice. Maybe one tray worth a day. Not enough. Total waste.

i like the extra cooling for the doors

it replaces a counter top refrigerator but while it has more than twice the inside area, it only takes up a very little extra space due to less space behind the refrigerator needed.....

defected fridge!!!

after not even 5 wks i had to call for service it was making such noises like an MRI test after 3 hours of the tech putting a new compressor the next 48 hrs had to call for my freezer not functioning properly and my fridge was freezing my vegetables i called again was told i would have a tech and never showed up called again and now waiting AGAIN FOR SOMEBODY TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE
